* Asked to assist the District Attorney in two homicide trials through the handling of voir dire, the examination of prosecution experts, and the cross-examination of defense experts. * Received the 2003 New York State Arson Prosecutor of the Year Award and 2003 Sheriff’s Award of Excellence in recognition of the successful prosecution of the People v. Eric Parsons quintuple murder case in which the defendant murdered his wife and four children.

* Responsible for overseeing Seneca County’s STOP DWI Program including the preparation of the annual budget, preparation of the annual county plan, compliance with New York State reporting requirements, conducting training sessions, and the operation of the program.
* Developed the guidelines for prosecution of impaired driving charges in Seneca County in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies.
