* Responsibilities include the supervision of professional and administrative staff.
* Responsible for the Court calendar as well as the prosecution of selected felony cases, handling selected appellate cases, and the prosecution of felony impaired driving cases.
* Asked to assist the District Attorney in two homicide trials through the handling of voir dire, the examination of prosecution experts, and the cross-examination of defense experts. Also was responsible for the prosecution of the People v. Robert Doran Assault 1st case in which the defendant was convicted as charged after trial.

* Responsible for the review and assignment of all felony files, the development of office procedures for prosecution and file management, and the supervision of professional staff.
* Responsible for the Court calendar as well as the prosecution of selected felony cases, handling selected appellate cases, and the prosecution of felony impaired driving cases including bringing civil actions seeking the forfeiture of the defendants’ vehicles.
* Received the 2007 Chief Doyle Marquart Officer of the Year Award in recognition of work in the area of traffic safety, the prosecution and prevention of impaired driving offenses, and organizing and lecturing at bi-annual continuing education courses for local law enforcement.
* Received the 2003 New York State Arson Prosecutor of the Year Award and 2003 Sheriff’s Award of Excellence in recognition of the successful prosecution of the People v. Eric Parsons quintuple murder case in which the defendant murdered his wife and four children.

February 2003 - July 2005: STOP DWI Coordinator.
* Responsible for overseeing Seneca County’s STOP DWI Program including the preparation of the annual budget, preparation of the annual county plan, compliance with New York State reporting requirements, conducting training sessions, and the operation of the program.
* Developed the guidelines for prosecution of impaired driving charges in Seneca County in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies.
