
EXPERIENCE MATTERS
I am the only candidate who has over twenty-three years prosecuting the most serious felony criminal trials to verdict. In stark contrast, my opponent has never tried a case of any kind at any level. He has no prosecutorial experience of any kind.
In a county the size of Seneca, the District Attorney must handle a case load and be ready to be the People’s representative in trial cases in the Seneca County Court. The District Attorney as the chief law enforcement official of the county must take the lead in the prosecution of criminals and not merely manage from behind the scenes. It is not a position for on-the-job training.
In addition to my real prosecutorial experience, I also have years of experience managing people, working with other agencies, and overseeing the creation and implementation of budgets.
